Ross Higgins
Principal
ACCRED. SPECIALIST (Pers.Injury) PUBLIC NOTARY
Ross began working at Higgins & Higgins as a clerk in 1969 and was admitted as a Solicitor in 1974. He has over 40 years experience in offering legal advice; always ready to make the tough decisions for his clients’ benefit.
Ross is an accredited specialist in Personal Injury law. He also has many years experience in Estate Planning matters including preparing wills, Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship documents. Ross is a Public Notary and also specialises in Insurance and Compensation claims and contesting wills and estates.
Ross is a trained mediator and can provide mediation services across the Central West and Blue Mountains regions.
He is actively involved in the local community and was a Rugby Union referee at the highest level, and in 2008 was inducted into the Legend category of the Lithgow Sporting Hall of Fame. Ross is married to Elizabeth.

Patrick Heath
Consultant
LLB ACCRED. SPECIALIST (Pers.Injury)
Patrick joined the firm in March 2011 and is a Personal Injury Law Accredited Specialist, Honorary Fellow of the Australasian College of Legal Medicine, and a member of both the Australian Lawyers Alliance, and North Metropolitan Law Society.
With more than 25 years legal experience, Patrick has a solid grounding in General Practice, Insurance Law and Litigation. Since the early 1990s, however, he has focused on Personal Injury law.

Ken Lambeth
Associate
LLB(HONS),BA, Grad Dip Leg.Prac.,Dip AE
With many years experience as both a prosecutor and defence solicitor, Ken is considered one of the Central West’s best and most highly sought after criminal law solicitors.
Ken was admitted to practise as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in 2004 and has more than 20 years experience working exclusively in Criminal Law.
Having commenced his legal career at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) in Sydney, Ken took the opportunity to escape the big smoke to take up a position at the DPP’s Bathurst office, where he served as a prosecutor for a number of years. He then moved to defence, initially at Legal Aid in Orange, and then at Aboriginal Legal Services in Bathurst.

Connie Edwards
Conveyancer
Connie joined the team at Higgins Lawyers in 2009 as a legal secretary/conveyancing clerk.
She has worked in the property industry for approximately 17 years and has recently completed her studies as a Licenced Conveyancer at Macquarie University.
Connie has lived in Lithgow her whole life and has strong family and community connections. She has a friendly nature and is enthusiastic about her future career in conveyancing.
