Ross began working at Higgins & Higgins as a clerk in 1969 and was admitted as a Solicitor in 1974. He brings over 50 years’ experience in providing trusted legal advice and is known for making clear, decisive recommendations in his clients’ best interests.

Ross has extensive experience in Personal Injury matters, Insurance and Compensation claims, and contesting wills and estates. He also advises on Estate Planning, including the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship documents. In addition, Ross is a Public Notary.

A trained mediator, Ross provides mediation services across the Central West and Blue Mountains regions.

Ross is now gradually stepping back from day-to-day practice as he moves into retirement, after an exceptional career spanning more than five decades. While his role will evolve, the firm remains committed to ensuring continuity of service and client care.
